Deadlines: Baseline Report
New plants
For applications for authorization in accordance with Art. 4 of the German Federal Immission Control Act after 07 January 2013.
Existing plants
For IED plants for which a change authorization is or has been applied for after 07 January 2014.
For all IED plants, which previously had not fallen under the IPPC Directive (Council Directive 2008/1/EG), as from 07 July 2015.
